  • Attendance at trustees meetings by arrangement
  • Keeping Minute Books, Attendance Registers, Register of Section Bondholders, Sectional Plans, Company Register and Related documentation, Rules, Insurance Policies and all other permanent records of the Body Corporate /Homeowners Association
  • Assisting and advising the Trustees on procedural matters such as General Meetings, Special General Meetings, Quorums, Proxies, Resolutions, Voting Rights, etc.
  • Attending to Notice of Meetings, Proxies, Nominations and Agenda
  • Completion of all relevant forms, such as CM22/27/29 and 31 as and when required
  • Attending to and despatching of all return, such as SARS, UIF and related documentation timely
  • Preparing and despatching notices as requires by the various Acts and Rules
  • Keeping records in accordance with generally accepted practice and with consent of Auditor
